Good day,
I recently started studying with Oxbridge academy for a junior bookkeeping course. Upon my first payment no one confirmed having received the payment I had to call the college several times. When they confirmed the payment was received again there was silence, no tracking number was sent to me I wasnt even informed they had dispatched. Took over 4 weeks to get my textbooks which appeared to be second module I asked about this and still no feedback. carried on studying and I have just paid for my second or third module got not confirmation despite faxing and emailing through proof of payment. I have queries with reagrd to my membership at ICB and sent emails with this regard. again no Feedback. feels like a rip off to me as what they advertise on their site anfd the actual service you get is totally different!!! I feel lost and can not rely on getting my study material timeously I am going to ask for a full refund and rather study with a college the rather cares for student needs and demands.thanks!
