No response or late response. No call cente

Unisa in all its wisdom, discontinued ALL telephone communication with it's PAYING students. This in itself is a joke. Now only e-mail correspondence is accepted. First I e-mailed Unisa to apply for special dis-compensation and was answered with the same info I gave them. I then replied saying that I am applying for special circumstances on 2013-01-11. I am still waiting for an answer.

I eventually gave up and e-mail them again, since the time allowed to exchange a subject has passed while I waited for them to respond. I now asked advice on the financial implications for cancelling a subject on 2013-02-07 and AGAIN on 2013-02-12. Today is 2013-02-20 and STILL no response. I am missing all the deadlines set by them due to their incompetence by answering their e-mails.

And which institution is so lazy or money crazed that they will close down their call centre???
