Once again i have been calling everyday because the call centre doesn't call me back after they said they would. I need 2013 textbooks and i can't register for my exams if i don't have it or know when i am going to get it. Im really tired of struggling with Intec and waisting my money on calling them every single day. Look on your records and you will be able to see how many times i called and everybody that i spoke to. Please just send me my books, i paid for it!!
