I enrolled with Intec for Financial Accounting course. I payed everything upfront and had great service from them when payments was made. All my books was received on time and I didn't have to go back and query anything with them. In my papers there was a statement showing which assignments I had to complete and send back to them. I did that and soon saw my time is running out I will need to start my exams. I waited for 5 months and still saw no assignments that came back to me. Their response was that the assignments doesn't count in my course only the exams. But I still had needed the assignments back to see where my mistakes are made. My exams came up and I was given the question are back which i scribbled my answers on. if i had a look at my scribbled answers to their books my marks should have been much more. Now they want more money to remark, I asked them is there anyway for me to get an extension on my course I will pay an extra fee as long as it doesn't include the books money. Their last reply was that they will get back to me, I have still not had any response from them.
