My sister Justine Davies went into the Intec offices with my mum and register and paid for her course. She took in all the documents she was told to bring in as she changed her surname from her father's surname to our mothers surname. She was told to bring in and affidavit with her documents for the change of surname.
Now the fees have been paid and we waiting for her books, and when she called in she was told that it is pending... HOW THE CAN INTEC TAKE HER MONEY AND NOW TELL HER IT IS PENDING???
She needs her books ASAP as she needs to study and get ready for her exams.
I am not happy with they way she is been treat.
I want to know what intec is going to do about this. Her books have been paid for and i want her to start studying ASAP.
