I completed a refund form beginning of Feb and sent it to the finance departments email address, i then got an automated reply indicating that they will process it "as soon as they can "with no explanation what is the time line to this "As soon as they can "i have since been waiting for this institution to come back to me as they indicated that I shouldnt resend the query, I phoned their finance dept but no one answers the phone EVER .
someone help, does this "soon as they can "mean 48 hours, 2 days weeks months. I love this institution and have had excellent service but now have no choice but to scream for heplp
