I have been trying to register on the UNISA website from the beginning of this year. I had only received my results for a bridging course in December last year, and by that time, registrations had closed. I have tried contacting the UNISA contact centre, within all listed working hours every day, but the line either doesn't ring or it does ring but no one picks up the call. Further to that, I have contacted them on their email address to request a registration form on the 5th January. To date, I only received an email acknowledging the email, but no registration form- whilst registration closes this week itself. I experienced the same problem in January last year and due to that, I could only enrol in the second semester. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from any institution!!! No one returns your queries nor answers their calls- and this impacts on our education but they do not take any ownership for their flaws!!
