Incompetent people and lack of service

I registered with Intec and paid for my course in full on the 24th December 2012. I was assured via email and telephone that I would have my study material with in 21 working days - which means I SHOULD have received my books on the 25th January 2013. It is now the 18th February and with much fighting via email and telephone about when I will receive my books, I have demanded to cancell my application to study with them and demand a full refund!! I was informed it would take 90 working days to be refunded!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I have sent emails and stated over the phone that I want my refund by friday, if not I will take the legal route - Intec is incompetent and I am completely digusted with the lack of service received! I have demanded a response from them by close of business today - I am hoping that I will receive the required response yet somehow I doubt it! I want my money back from these people by FRIDAY 22nd Feb NO LATER!!!
