No Study For 1st Semester Due To Bad Communication

After 2 years of studying with Unisa I have changed my major from BSc IT to BCom Business Management online within the registration period, at the end of the registration process on the internet, it indicated that Unisa will confirm if I have been accepted to study the new major. Until now I have not received any sort of communication or confirmation email or email to inidcate that I have been accepted and that X amount fees are payable. Now I have learned after enquiring today that my registration was cancelled due to a payment not made but how is it possible to make a payment if I haven't been accepted or given an amount to pay for? I've phoned, I've sent emails (which isnt being answered) and all answer I am getting is that nothing can be done I have to wait for 2nd semester, even though this an error made by Unisa and not me. Now I am not able to continue my studies due to this! My payments was always done on the correct time and was never outstanding, you go have a look for yourself also.
I was registered in the correct time, registration was just cancelled due to a payment not made which was never communicated that a payment is outstanding!!!
