Failing to register due to no response from Unisa

I registered online on the 24th of January for LLB. It then indicated that approval for additional studyunits are being processed. The next week it showed that registration is incomplete. I contacted Unisa and they indicated that I should send an email [Email Removed] indicated which module I want to be removed. I did so on 30 Jan 2013 and nothing has changed. I work till late in the afternoons and cannot go to the offices personally. I have tried to contact the law department numerous times with no answer. When I phone the registration department they have absolutely no sympathy for my situation and just refuse to help me get registered. They keep transferring me to the law department even if I inform them that the law department does not answer. I litterally pleaded with the lady at the registration department but she only kept silent on the other line. I am at a loss and I fear I am going to miss a semester due to the substantially poor client and registration service of Unisa.
