Bad Service Received at Milpark Business School

In April 2012 I received an sms from Milpark Business School informing me to collect my certificate at the post office. To my suprise when I got to the Post Office was informed that the parcel was collected by some called Johan and they informed me that they would not give it to him if it was not addressed to him. I tried raising the matter with Portia at Jhb branch and she never responded to my emails. Also spoke to Jhb Branch manager who promised to get back to me and she never did. Tried Cape Town branch and dealt with Graham Booysen and Chantel Petersen, at first they never read my query properly I had to repeat it to them again after 3 months. When they finally attended it they did not help me instead Chantel sent me an email informing me that the Post Office might have made a mistake and swapped the certificates and sounded like she was not willing to help me further I must follow it up with the post office myself. It is now a year since I completed my course and I still don't have my certificate which should have been couriered to me or sent to JHB BRANCH and informed me to collect it from there. This frustrates me and no one is willing to help.
