I have trying to get hold of UNISA telephonically to no vail
I registered last year and after registration, I saw that RIT4801 is a pre-requisite to two modules that I want to do in 2014. I called UNISA an was told I need to request. On 18 December 2013 (before my company paid the minimum fees), I requeste to cancel OPS401 (Operating System IV) an ad RIT4801 (Research in Information Technology) - Case number 12353NX08075. In Jan 5, I receive an sms saying that my registration has been finalised without the change in modules. I went to UNISA Pietermaritzburg, stood in queue for 3 and 40 min and the guy said I cannot be assisted, I must join another queue with over 100 already waiting to go to SELF HELP and change the modules myself. Due to my pregnancy and 37 degrees weather, I never joined the 2nd queue.
I have requested on MYUNISA but now I have to pay R760 for the extra module (RIT4801) and have forfeited the R760 paid for OPS401I. This is unfair as I requested before the minimum payments were even due or paid.
Please assist urgently.
