UNISA. Either you do not acknowledge that you have a massive problem, or you are unwilling to acknowledge that you need to acknowledge that you have a massive problem. Either way, you are doing serious damage to your already waivering credibility. People are crying out for eductaion in this country. On your website you claim to be enrolling 1/3rd of all South African Students -When last did you re-assess the definition and validity of your term "Enrolling". You proudly advertise your status of being the largest "LEADING ODL UNIVERSITY".
Your online system is NOT working.
Your staff members are NOT working,
Your communication system is NOT working.
Your process is NOT working.
Funnily enough your link to "GIVE to UNISA" is up and running wonderfully and it is reassuring to know I can at least buy some UNISA merchandise from your online shop- my favourite is the "Triple Bogey First Aid Kit" that you have for sale. You should sell a post card of a graduation service saying "WISH YOU WERE HERE" - I think that would be atop seller.
Put some coffee in your Unisa mug and WAKE UP! Do what you are paid to do. Your job. respond to students. Provide solutions. Get on with it
