I applied to study for my CTA Level 2 at Unisa. (During the year I successfully completed my CTA Level 1 at Unisa). I tried to register for CTA Level 2 but the only option it gives me is CTA Level 1! I have been emailing Unisa since September and I am yet to hear anything back?
Judging by the posts by other students it seems that there is a backlog or something?
Why can't Unisa
1) Reply to emails or
2) Just provide a page on their website telling us that there is a backlog. Just to provide some sort of clarity.
I have to apply for a study loan which also takes long, but I have to wait until I have been registered.
Just very annoyed with Unisa's complete lack of effort and blatant disregard for its students.
