I applied to study Computer science through Unisa in the middle of April (Well before the closing date). It is now the 6th of June and I haven't heard a thing! Unbelievable! (I do have the necessary qualifications for the course) I have emailed 3 times to no avail and the only response I ever got was an automatic response from the online registration form (Hardly reassuring).
They clearly don't care about perspective students or by the looks of other complaints their students in general. Seems ridiculous considering their students provide them with their income? Probably dodged a bullet with this one (Thanks Unisa I am glad your honest about your approach to service from day 1)
Heads up prospective students - the low cost is really not worth being jerked around!
