Registration problems

I have been studying at UJ since 2008 and each year they want my matric certificate and letter of exemption. This year was no different only that I have been trying for almost 2 weeks now to register. They have told me that they will fix the problem but to date nothing has changed. I still get an error message when I try to register. I missed all my classes this week because I don't know when to go. It is my 3rd year in Education and I can not understand why the problems have to reoccur. I want to register and start my studies again!!! My student nr is 200820810
