I'm very frustrated with unisa because no one is responding to emails. I have been trying to cancel one module for over a month and I am not getting any response. It's really frustrated that even my unisa is not working I have been cancelling on my unisa all I get is it will be updated in due course but it never does. I have sent countless emails it will be nice if anyone can care enough to at least respond when student have problems. I moved to Kenya and email is the only way I can communicate with Unisa but they don't communicate back.
