My name is Yonela Tyokwana, I did end- user computing at Stanford collage (Queenstown Branch) 2012. They told me that i will recieve the certificate after 6 weeks are we finished the course. I never recieved it until now and when i go to that branch i discovered that branch was closed. However there were no emails to inform me that they are closing. I tried to contact their headoffice to find out what is happening. The first time i phoned them they said i must fax the report, and i faxed it the same day and get back to them, they told me that they have a problem with the printer so i must contact them the following week. The following week they told me that the person that is collecting faxes is not there so i must contact them in another week. I used to talk to the lady who's name isZandi and know she had attitude every time i call. The last time i was talking to her, i told her my name she then aks my student number after dropped the the phone, she didn't say a word.
