I am writing to you as a last resort because i've attempted to contact Stanford Computer & Business College and had failed to achieve logical conclusion regarding my national certificate that is due from April 2013 to date. I am sure that you are aware of the closure of Stanford Computer & Business College (Rustenburg Campus) earlier this year in April, I am conscious about my up to date payment that i've made to the college but confused by the reports by Colleges staff that i have outstanding amounts due which cannot be clarified, i have personally spoken to the lady by the name of Nani Girl who promised to issue the certificate by July 2013 and never mentioned any oustanding amounts due on my side, then August 2013 Zandile (Staff) also promised that in two weeks i'll also receive my certificate but insisted that R1350 i owed and since I know my payments were up to date and I then asked for my account statement whom refused to give it to me, then I also called in again and spoke to a lady Mallen who mentioned a different amount and said that I owe the college R1735 whom I asked for the statement but couldn't provide, actually both Zandile and Mallen refused to give me a stetement of
