I completed my trade test in electrical in 2012 August and still haven't even received a single call or email to tell me what is happening. I've called them a thousand times and all they can tell me is that they haven't received anything from head office. They even gave me a person's number to call and ask him about my certificate but this oak is rude as, didn't even ask who he was talking to or ask for my id number. All he said was we're busy with it... some people are waiting 6 years for their certificate, what are they busy with?? It doesn't take a century to switch on a printer... it's not like these people are testing 10 000 students a day. The best thing is that I was told on the day of completing my test that I will receive my certificate within 3 to 6 weeks.
