Good day

I am unable to get hold of anyone that can assist me. I have been dealing with a specific person on email and have just for the first time registered for the second semester in Jan.

I contacted the person and asked whether study material will be delivered now as i had paid or only when second semester starts in JUNE. I was in informed I will only Receive my study pack in June.

So today I went to the printing shop and spent R350 on printing the study guides and tuts for all my module so I can get started. I have just received an email to say that my study pack is being dispatched.

I was given incorrect info of which I have proof and would like UNISA to refund the R350 .
