After attending the success resources wealth summit. We wanted to enroll for one particular course financial mastery. The presenter James Smith never announced how the costs worked. As some courses were pay for one get one entry free. This wasn't stated. I phoned head office and asked how the payment was done: pay for one and get one seat free? No said the gentleman. Its one for one. Only me and my husband wanted to attend. I paid for two places, only to see at the event that we over paid. As it was pay for one get one free and not pay one for one. We have been trying to get a refund since last year august. They keep on trying to sell other courses to us. And now wants to charge us 5% banking charges on the refund, after i have been been paying 20% on my credit card based on their wrong information?!?! This is ridiculous as my husband is without a job and we need the money. You can see they are only out to take and make money. No consideration for their clients and no remorse when they give the wrong information... Ending up costing the consumer more. Utterly disgusted as i have been promised a refund month on month.
