In 2010 I registered with Damelin correspondence to further my studies and to this day the decision I took still haunts me. After six months of querying for my study material i finally decided to cancel my registration with them.
In April 2012 it then after a I contacted a lawyer that they returned my money back. Today I am so shocked to find that i have been blacklisted by Damelin. My statement from transunion say I am in arrears with Damelin.the last time it was updated was this month (May).
I just do not understand what is it that I owe them as I got my money back from them and they promised to resolve the issue.
The call centre agents at the accounts department are so rude and stupid.
I do not recommend Damelin to any one. They just big time.
