I sent Kabelo requesting a quote for an ICB course (Corporate Strategy) and he responded by email and quoted me R2400.00 and i paid the full amount yesterday.
Today 29th January 2014 he contacted me and told me that he had quoted me incorrectly, i have to pay an additional R2000.00 for the course. I then requested a refund for the amount paid because i decided to fully pay the amount because last year they debited my account after settling the debt. He responded by saying they cant pay immediatly because of the company policy. I want my money to be refunded because the college is incompetent.
I would really appreciate a response from them asap to be able to register at another credible school
