I am writing on behalf of my sister. She lives in Oman and registered for the 2013 academic year early in January. She also paid the minimum amount of R14700. Her registration has not yet been processed. We have emailed three times, with no reply. We then contacted the call centre who advises that the call centre no longer exist, we should send a sms and they will phone us. We have now sms'd about 5 times with no luck. This is now getting extremely frustrating!
