I registered online on 14 Jan 2013 and paid the necessary registration fees. My application is still pending, one month later. I've been trying to contact the support contact number for three days (012 441) straight with no luck- the line is continuously engaged. I could not register in 2012 and a year was wasted as there was no call centre support and my emails/SMS queries were only responded to 3 months later, after registration had closed.
I need urgent feedback on the status of my registration! Unfortunately all my interactions with Unisa have been poor and I deeply regret choosing Unisa as my academic institution.
