CEMS call centre clueless

I am an Honours student who paid their tuition fees on the 18th Jan. I have not been registered with Unisa as of yet with no correspondence. I sent numerous e-mails and sms's asking for someone to contact me with info on my registration. I received no correspondence. I then phoned 012 441 5700 and was given a number for the Honours dep. 012 441 5705. I called this number numerous times only to be hung up on before the call was even answered. Today I called 012 441 5700 and Claudia answered. I explained that I need assistance as no one was communicating with me. Claudia told me that it takes upto 3 weeks for the payment to reflect and to be registered - this has never been the case and is unacceptable. I asked who the Registrar is so that I could contact them directly to be told that as I studied with Unisa I should know who the Registrar is. I was shocked at this. I was then told that this was a call centre based away from UNISA and that they did not have the access or the knowledge to help me. I was shocked to find out that Claudia did not know who the VC of UNISA is and that she had to google this info. If this is the first stage of the process it gives me little faith in UNISA.
