I have been trying to get my credits for a previous course I did through Unisa so that I can register to do my part time degree. On the website it states that they are open on Saturdays... I drove through there one Saturday morning all the way from Benoni just to find no one there. I've sent numerous emails and have not had any response.
I eventually got hold of someone from a different department and he forwarded the mail on for me, this was last week already and I am still waiting for a response.
