No response on registration problem

On the 29th of November and then again on the 2nd of December I sent UNISA's registration department a request for assistance with my online registration for my 3rd year.

Every time I have tried to register for modules for degree 0223X online I get told that my registration cannot be processed due to the following error "MAJORS REQUIRED FOR THIS QUALIFICATION."

As to date nobody from UNISA has bother to contact me to try and resolve the problem. As UNISA does not have a call centre that you can phone, relying only on sms and email communication, they have left me with no way of resolving the matter other than sending ANOTHER email to a department that obviously couldn't be bothered to resolve registration problems for students.

The only other alternative is to take time off work, drive to their offices in Sunnyside and waste time, which I find totally unacceptable.

If UNISA sees fit to migrate all their systems to online methods of communication rather than a call centre then they could at least try and offer a reasonable service with a moderately decent turnaround time.
