Unisa
Registration Nightmare

Trying to register to study a degree through Unisa.
All required documentation was uploaded through their website and registration fees paid in full.
(I received a student number)
Later found out documents were never received, after phoning the Cape Town Branch to check status of application.
They recommended to phone the Johannesburg offices.
Tried phoning various numbers over the last month at numerous occasions but the phone is never picked up or it rings and someone disconnects it manually.
Have emailed documentation through again as well on multiple occasions, but have received no feedback as well.
Really frustrated at this stage and appalled by the terrible service.
