NO FEEDBACK!! NO ASSISTANCE! LACK OF COMMUNICATION

In Nov on the day of my exam my employer sent an e-mail to '[email protected]' & applied for a special exam. I received an automated response saying my e-mail will be attended to. I then phoned & asked if it was received, I was told that ' I must just wait my turn' . I then sent another e-mail early Dec to the same e-mail address & again an automated reply but no info regarding my supplement exam. I phoned with no help again to the Louis Trichardt & Giyani offices with no help. I then sent another email to [email protected] on the 8th of Jan with no reply. I again phoned the Makhado office where they proceeded to put the phone down in my ear the 1st time. The 2nd time the lady refused to give me her name & told me " that is your problem" & "you must wait your turn". I was then told they will not help me.

I am pretty sure by now that I have missed my aegrotat exam &now I will need to fork out all that money to pay to do the subject again! Is this fair? is this right? After I followed procedure? I havent been able to register as I didnt know what was going on with this exam. I even placed a complaint on Unisas facebook page and Unisa just deleted it!
What now???
