I am so irrate right by the conduct of this institution. Ever since I registered with them I have received nothing but disturbing service. As a result, I have decided not to continue with my studies. How can an educational institution be so irresponsible. Every month I receive sms's saying I am owing my fees, fees THAT I PAY EVERY MONTH BEFORE MY AGREED DATE. The first time I logged a complaint with them I was advised its an automatic system & my no has been removed. It still continued, I logged another complain & spoke to the manager but SUPRISINGLY in December I paid way in advance & have received nothing but annoying sms's saying my account is been 60 days in arrears.
Are these people aware of the impact that these sms's causes to us. My accounts are settled on time & to get such disturbing messages from an institution that is suppose to help me grow is SHOCKING.
This is definetly not the type of service I was promised when I registered, I enrolled in 2012 November, and due to this kind of service, I have even felt not to study with them. Despite my decision not to study, I still pay them every month as they have failed to provide me with the SETTLEMENT letter I requested
