On the 12 of Feb 2013 I registered with College SA with an assist of the guy by the name of Chris, he advised me that if I take the all inclusive course that wil cover the study material and the exam fees and I won't have to pay for anything extra. I paid the same day 12 of Feb I was advise that I will get my study material 3 to 5 days from that day of which it never happened I had to to phone & email numerous times and finally this morning I received my study material 28 of Feb after a long wait.. When I opened the pack I realised that the solution guides were missing and I phoned Candice who was assigned to be my tutor & she said it should have been there she will courier but just have to comfirm with her manager as to when they can courier it, when I phoned again she than advised me that I will have to pay R 400 per subject for the solution guide of which no one ever advised me of that when I registered, when I queried this with her she said she also didn't know about it but that what her manager said, I phoned Chris who also said he doesn't know about it. Ive had such bad service from College SA, they have wasted my time as i'm writting soon... I want my refund ASAP
