Paid deposit to Damelin they did not registered my grand daughter on time. When study material received it was the incorrect material. No venue for exams were supplied. Could not get the name of a responsible person who could be of any assistance. Given umpteen names and phone numbers of which not one was of any help. No one to take responsibility. Requested deposit back to no avail only to receive an account for fees supposedly outstanding. This is supposed to be a place of learning but by the response my daughter has received it is hard to believe.
My grand daughter has lost a year of learning due to the incompetence of an institution supposedly of higher learning. Not to mention all the man hours my daughter has spent running around and phoning all over the country side. Is there anyone in this institution that is competent enough to take responsibility to have these fees reimbursed as no tuition has taken place and the year has to be repeated
