NO REFUND MADE, WAITING 4 MONTHS, NO FEEDBACK

I settled my account with Intec in September last year 2013, they still deducted the full monthly instalment after I settled my account. I talked to a lady Lee-kay swarts from the accounts department regarding the problem and she assured me that they will refund the monthly instalment within 90 days time. Then already I was upset because they deducted it they should pay it back as soon as possible. I waited 90 days, send two mails regarding the problem but still no response, I hav spoken to a few people at the account department but still no response. Finally Ingrid Thorne called me and checked my account status to just find out that my application was never submitted in the first place so ill be waiting another 90 days??? that's unprofessional and unaccepted.
