After waiting for a refund from Boston business college and being given all the excuses... I'm glad to say that after reporting on Hello Peter... i got prompt response!!!
i was refunded immediately. I'm very grateful to hello peter and also to the staff of Boston college for their help.
it shouldn't have gone that far down the road that i had to complain on line... but I'm also grateful that they recognised their mistake and corrected it accordingly and swiftly.
i will do business again with Boston business College.
