I have requested my money to be returned

I won a bursary with Damelin Correspondence via my Foshini Card in 2009. All I would pay for is the exams I would have to write. To date they havent captured this on their system.

I have paid for my exams in advance. I cancelled my exams because my husband suffered a massive heart attack in 2011.

I have sent thousands of emails, made so many calls and I have been promised that my credit balance would be returned.
Its 2yrs now that I have requested, swore, emailed and telephoned. Still no response.

I have emailed the following people of recent: '[email protected]', 'Arshad '; 'Credit Operations Team'; Chris ; 'Mark Adams'; 'DCC Branch Request'; Damelin Support, Donavan Chetty [[email protected]], 'Fatima. [email protected]'; 'Fatima Khan', 'Lethu. [email protected]'. I receive notifications that my emails to all of the above are been delivered and read.

Sharon Edwards was the last person I spoke to on the 12 of November 2012, who said once I email proof of my credit and my supporting documents she will email me her findings.

I am at my wits end. all I want is my credit balance to be returned.
