No assistance for prospective students

My helper's daughter registered in May 2013 already and was very excited to begin her journey at UJ this year.
UJ neglected to inform her that she was not accepted based on her Gr11 results. Her Gr 12 results are much better and I am 100% sure she will be accepted based on these.
I've been phoning the call centre for days to find out how we can get her Gr12 results reviewed but every time just get an e-mail address. I've sent the results to 2 email addresses but haven't received a confirmation of receipt from either address. I phoned the call centre again and was told to phone admin to find out about the receipt of the e-mail. The message on that number states that the University is closed and will re open on 6 January. It is now 16 January...
When I phoned again this morning for the 100th time I was told to phone the head of the faculty for BA Psychology on 011 559 3635, needless to say there is no answer.
I am out of options and do not want to disappoint this bright prospective student who worked extremely hard to be able to study further.
