I am a student at Midrand Graduate Institute and I attend the Bedfordview Campus on a full time bases.
On Tuesday the 7th January i requested from my campus my detailed academic transcript as it is required by other tertiary educational institutes in order to provide me with credits if i were to transfer from MGI to another academic Institute. MGI was only able to provide me with a summary version which does not provide a break down of all my results that i have obtained from tests, examinations and assignments for the modules completed. I was told that they can only provide me with a detailed transcript for half the modules i have completed and they do not have all my academic results on the system, therefore i cannot get credits for modules I've done at MGI which is extremely unfair as i am entitled to them. I then emailed main campus on the 8th January as well as the 9th of January and i was not provided with any feed back on both occasions. Ive spent 3 years at a institution which lacks in delivery and competence. I demand this situation is resolved as soon as possible and that i am provided with a detailed academic transcript of all my modules completed.
