Academic transcript reflects courses not completed

My son attended CTU 2012 first year. we were advised to do a second year as this would strengthen his chances of employment in the future. The second year would cover another programming language JAVA. The following subjects were not covered SharePoint, Java and phone development. However, on his Academic Transcript he achieved 97% for share point, 84%JAVA and 93% for Phone development.

I need for this institute to be investigated, we paid R40 000, 00 for this years course and this is what they have done.
