Poor Service!!!

For the past few months I have been trying to get a hold of records from Midrand Graduate Institute and have had no joy. This pre-dats from 2008 already, when I wanted to register with another institution, Midrand Graduate Institute could not provide me with all my marks for the subject I passed and most important paid for. I was later accepted by Unisa in 2012, the however wanted my results and the Syllabi's, I went physically to the campus, I was sent from pillar to post. The one person that shared my concerns Louise directed me to the Dean, who was not available and had to be seen by appointment, working in a call centre invironment that proved to be difficult for me. I late gave up the asking for the marks as clearly someone had lost them and no one seemed to know what had happened. I asked again in 2011 for the Syllabi's, but was given a year planner, I have yet asked for the syllabi's and course content of the current [URL Removed] accounting and also the previous Diploma in Accounting and Taxation.
