Bad service/attitude and lack of response

I am a first year Unisa student and so far I am not happy with the service they provide as well as the manner in which they handle things. I am studying a Bcompt Internal Auditing with Unisa. I have a national diploma in internal auditing which i studied through another institution. Now, some of the modules that they offer for a Bcompt, I had already completed while i studying for my national diploma. When i went to register in 2013, my previous academic record was required and other documentstantions, which i provided and the person that was assisting me at the time gave me a list of my modules and ticked off some of the modules from the list and advised that they were my credits. She did not mention had i had to physically go and apply for accreditation. Now that i need to register for my 2014 year of study with Unisa, I am not able to register online due to an error that I am receiving stating that i have outstanding tems and that I will not be able to register. What i do not understand is why information is not provided in full first time a person registers to avoid all the unnecessary stress that comes with wanting to register with them. I have regrets for studying with Unisa!
