I have lost count of how many times I have complained on Hello Peter about my issue. I have sent INTEC letters, I have tried calling them but all of my attempts have the exact same result... NOTHING!!!
They just don't care! Here is my story:
I enrolled with Intec at the beginning of last year, when I still haven't received my study material by the middle of the year (after numerous calls and enquiries about my study material, also with no luck) I called Intec to cancel my studies seeing as they didn't send my study material. They offered to send it to me and I declined demanding my studies cancelled.
It is now almost a year since I asked them to cancel my studies, and still I am hearing nothing from them, they say my request is in process, how long can one request possibly take to be processed!? Still the debit order goes off my account each month! So basically I'm paying for nothing! They are my hard earned money each month!
I want my studies cancelled and all of my money refunded as soon as possible or this message is going to keep appearing on Hello Peter!!!
