APPALLING SERVICE DELIVERY

Hi;

My name is Joy Motheba Motete, I was enrolled with UJ for a Business Management Diploma, I have since completed my last exams in 2013, my account was in arrears and this amount was settled on the 26th of November 2013.

Upon settling my account at the Bunting Road Campus I was unable to be provided with my transcript and was told that it would reflect on the student portal within a week, this has not yet happened.

It is now the 7th of Januanry 2014 since the 26th November 2013 so I decided to call my faculty and request my exam results since my account is in good standing.
Unfortunately i received a less desirable outcome when I was given the run around by own department, first I was told that their systems were offline, then I was again told that my ID document is missing from the system, thirdly I was told by the lady at the Management Department that the Faculty Office is the only person that can help release my results and he is away until Monday 13th Jan as he is working at the "Labs".

My hands are tied and is absolutely shocking the lack of service at this University, their staff seems untrained and unable to resolve customer queries, Hellopeter is my last hope.
