Once again Intec does not Fail to dissapoint!
I enrolled on the 8th of January, but after numerous mistakes from Intec's side my registration was finally completed on the 21st of January.
At the end of January I received my Pastel text book. Pastel is the second last subject in my course so could not yet start studying.
On monday 25th of February I received the last subject (How to start a small business) in my course. I still cant do anything with this.
Today is the 1st of April and I have not yet received my study material. 21 days? You are nothing but liars!
I am now paying for a course and cannot study.
I want my deposit and installment back and you may come and pick up your study material!
I will not wait for my deposit to be paid back... you will pay me immediately or I will continue to smear your name on every social media site.
Can't you see all the complaints about your company on Hello peter? This should ring a bell somewhere shouldn't it?
