I visited UNISA in December in Sunnyside on 3 occasions last year to complete and confirm an application to do a PGCE. I even received an e-mail confirming my application but when I finally attempted to register for the course nothing had been done concerning my application. All the information was available on records but nothing had been processed. I was told I had to apply again and that I would receive a response in January. I'm still waiting for any sign of life from UNISA and am quite anxious about the whole situation.

I've jumped through all the hoops and have been incredibly patient until now but I'm becoming quite desperate. This kind of service is unacceptable from an internationally recognised institution. I can't comprehend how it could be so terrible. At one point I was helping potential students register at the registration office because the service was non-existent.

I'd like to get my studies on the way but I'm being denied this because of service issues and I'm one of hundreds possibly thousands struggling with this. Please, get your act together and live up to your international claim.
