Poor Service Delivery

I have completed all the modules for my Engineering qualification, have no outstanding fees, but yet my marks are outstanding.

I have spoken to my lecturer, who went out of his way to help me and he informed me that I did pass and the marks were sent to the exam department. When I spoke to the exam department, I was told to speak to Mr Chris Paterson. Numerous attempts were made to contact him without success.

All I want to know is if I am going to graduate or not?

UNISA is not just wasting students time and money, but their careers!!! If somebody could please help me to resolve this issue?
