Still no response for admission

I received a mail from unisa stating that my admission has been forwarded to the relevant department and that they are awaiting my ndp results, i responded to the mail to ask how do i get the results to the department, i get no response.

This is really shocking service. I would like to register for my qualification and it is frustrating.
