I am receiving problems with my registration for CTA level 2 course at unisa.
I applied for this course before 30 September 2013 as requested on the CTA support website and received an sms stating that my application was successful.
I also completed my CTA level 1 at unisa in 2013 which is a pre-request for level 2.
After waiting in line for four hours the student adviser informed me that the reason why I can't register is due to my marks haven't been received. How can they not have my marks as I have completed level 1 at their institution. I already received a email on the 15th of November from unisa that states that I have passed the 1st level.
As per response from Mrs S Nel, I must submit proof of attempting level 2 or re-apply for level 1. I have send an email explaining the situation in detail (Completed level 1 and now want to register for level 2), but have not received any feedback. Why must I re-apply for level 1 as I already have completed level 1?
I can not get off work again and wait 4 hours in a que to hear from Unisa that they cant register me as they do not know whats going on in there own system.
