1 year ago (11-09-2012) Raymond came to see me to sell me the sharetrackin software, he told me that i costs R19, 995 and that i could pay it off on a monthly basis. To my surprise i found the entire sum of money was just taken at once. Raymond told me that i could cancel after a 6 month period. I left it and after the 6 months phoned to cancel the contract but was told i had to wait for another 6 months as it was a year probation time and not 6 months, there after i could cancel to get a refund. (They kept on taking R223 per month subscription fee for the entire year) 11 September this year my year of waiting was over, now it seems Sharetrackin does not want to help or take responsibility and they say i must contact Mustang marketing's managers for the refund as they did not renew their contract of selling the software since 15-08-2013. I spoke to Linda Pretorius at Sharetrackin and she gave me an email for Lourien van der Merwe at Mustang marketing. I emailed Lourien van der Merwe to get a refund and got a read notification to confirm she had read my email on the day (18-09-2013). No one want to get back to me regarding the refund of R19, 995.
